Choose both files and select a unique matching key, such as Variant SKU or Product ID.

How it works

  1. Pick an earlier and a later CSV export. Files are read and compared locally in this tab; they are not uploaded.
  2. Choose the column that uniquely identifies a record in each file. The column names can differ between exports.
  3. Review added, removed, and changed records. Duplicate or blank keys stop the comparison instead of guessing.
  4. Download a change report, keep the original files, and check Shopify’s import preview before applying updates.

The report includes the old and new row values so you can review changes offline. Avoid using a shared device for sensitive files, and close the tab when finished.
