Know when to reorder before stock runs low.
Estimate a reorder point for each SKU from recent sales, supplier lead time and a buffer. Upload a simple CSV, review the assumptions, then download a suggested-order report.
● Your inventory file stays in this browser1. Set your planning defaults
The planner converts sales to an average daily rate. Change these defaults for the uploaded file; per-row CSV values take priority.
2. Load inventory CSV
Required columns: sku, stock_on_hand, and sales_28d (or sales_last_28_days). Optional columns: supplier_lead_days, buffer_pct, pack_size, and sales_days. Values must be non-negative numbers. Rows with missing or invalid values are skipped and reported.
No file selected. Nothing is uploaded.
3. Review the plan
| SKU | On hand | Avg daily sales | Lead demand | Buffer units | Reorder point | Days of cover | Suggested order | Status |
|---|
Suggested order quantities are rounded up to the row's pack size. This is a planning estimate, not a demand forecast, purchase order, or automatic replenishment. Review supplier minimums, seasonality, open orders, returns, and local business rules before acting.
Use with care
Reorder point = average daily sales × supplier lead days × (1 + buffer %). Days of cover = current stock ÷ average daily sales. Suggested order = the amount below the reorder point, rounded up to the pack size. These simple calculations do not include open purchase orders, seasonality, promotions, returns, or supplier minimums.
